Frequently Asked Questions: Cancel and Refund Transaction
Once you authorized your transaction and received Transaction Processed email, unfortunately transaction cannot be cancelled. But you can still send a cancelation request to our email address info@finmark.ca with subject: Your transaction Tracking Number, provide reason you want to cancel this transaction we will try our best to cancel your transaction.
If transaction is cancelled by our partner you can get refund as [remitting amount (before service fees) - cancelation fees]. Cancellation fees vary from country to country. We will e-Transfer or deposit funds directly in your account.
Refund of the transaction takes 5-10 business days.
