Frequently Asked Questions: New Sign Up Information
Sign up for an account to use online money transfer service is easy and secure. Just click on "New Signup!" complete entire form and click send. You will be asked to provide copy of identification (i.e. Driver's License, Ontario ID Card, Citizenship Card, PR Card, Canadian Passport) and recent Bank Statement with your name and complete address on it(we don't need financials part of your statement) to confirm your address.
Once we verified this information, you will receive your unique Membership ID on provided email at the time of registration. Normally this process takes 1-2 business days depends on document verification. By using this Membership ID you are able to create your online access and begin sending money to your love ones in minutes.
Enrolment is free and there is no obligation to open an account.
NOTE: if you are already an existing member of Finmark Financials move to Step 2, you don't need to Sign Up again.

It is requirements govern by FINTRAC under Guideline 6C for performing Non Face-to-Face (NFTF) transaction. Every client has to provide these documents to confirm their true identity.
Finmark Financials accepts Driver's license, Passport, Ontario ID Card, PR Card, Citizenship Card, Health Card (except Ontario and British Columbia), and Birth Certificate.
No, you don't have to sign up again. Send us an email at info@finmark.ca or call us with your full name and contact number, we will send your Membership ID.
